PQ-01 Professional Licence

1. Licence grant

Purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied PQ-01 digital files for personal use, internal business use and professional engineering work performed by the purchaser or purchasing organisation.

2. Permitted professional use

Print an unlimited number of PQ-01 coupons for the purchaser's own printers, internal facilities and engineering projects.
Use the workbook and report template in paid engineering, manufacturing, consultancy or product-development work.
Modify copies of the workbook and report template for the purchaser's internal workflow.
Provide clients or colleagues with reports, charts, screenshots and derived measurement results produced using the pack.

3. Digital file restrictions

The supplied STL, 3MF, workbook, procedure, report template, images and other source files may not be redistributed, publicly uploaded, shared with third parties as reusable source files, sublicensed, resold, repackaged or included in another digital product without written permission from D&L Design Engineering.

4. Printed copy restrictions

Printed PQ-01 coupons may be used internally or as part of an engineering service delivered by the purchaser. Printed coupons may not be manufactured and sold as a standalone commercial product or kit without a separate written manufacturing licence.

5. Client deliverables

A purchaser performing professional services may include derived results and completed qualification reports in client deliverables. This permission does not extend to supplying the reusable source workbook, STL, 3MF, procedure or blank report template to a client unless the client separately holds a licence.

6. Engineering limitation

PQ-01 is a process-characterisation aid. It is not a calibrated metrology standard, certified reference artefact, statistical process-capability standard or product-conformity standard. A single coupon does not establish formal process capability. Measurement uncertainty, printer condition, material, build position, slicer settings and inspection method must be considered when applying results to production work.

7. No warranty of engineering outcome

The files are supplied as engineering tools. The purchaser remains responsible for selecting suitable acceptance criteria, measurement methods and engineering decisions for the intended application. Nothing in this licence excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
