Digital product terms

Seller

Products and prices

Digital products are supplied in the formats and versions described on the relevant product page. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The advertised consumer price is intended to include applicable UK and EU digital VAT where Payhip applies it; the final amount payable is shown at checkout before payment.

Digital delivery

No physical product is supplied unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. Download access is supplied electronically after successful payment through the hosted Payhip checkout.

Right to cancel and immediate digital supply

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. If you expressly request supply to begin during that period and acknowledge that the right to cancel will be lost once supply begins, the cancellation right can end when download access starts.

For products supplied immediately after payment, the required request for immediate supply and acknowledgement of the effect on the cancellation right are collected and recorded during the Payhip checkout before the order is completed.

Faulty or misdescribed digital content

Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights. If digital content is faulty, cannot reasonably be used as described, or does not match the product description, contact D&L Design Engineering so the issue can be investigated and the appropriate remedy provided.

Refunds

Because these products are downloadable digital content, a change-of-mind refund may not be available after supply has begun where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. This does not affect remedies available for faulty or misdescribed digital content or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Product licence

Purchase does not transfer copyright. Use of each product is governed by the licence supplied with that product. For PQ-01 Professional, see the PQ-01 Professional Licence.

Engineering use

D&L products are engineering aids and templates. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not certification schemes, calibrated standards, regulatory approvals or guarantees of product/process conformity. The purchaser remains responsible for applying appropriate engineering judgement, acceptance criteria, measurement controls and validation to their own use case.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to the purchaser.
