Where should I start?

Start with 00_READ_ME_FIRST.txt, then open the Professional Qualification Procedure. Define acceptance criteria before printing and measuring the coupon.

Which files can I edit?

The XLSX workbook, DOCX report template and CSV import template are intended for working use. Keep an untouched copy of the original pack so your internal changes remain traceable.

Can I share the pack with colleagues?

The licence is issued to the purchaser or purchasing organisation. Internal use within that organisation is permitted; public or third-party redistribution of reusable source files is not.

I found an error or file problem.

Email enquiries@dlengineering.co.uk with the product/version, filename and a short description of the problem, or contact us via Facebook. Screenshots are useful where relevant.

Will updated versions be available?

Products are versioned. Where an update policy applies to a future release it will be stated on the product page or communicated to existing purchasers.
